Job Summary:  As part of our commitment to excellence, we are actively seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Call Center Agent – Telesales.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Telesales: Execute outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our financial products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience during each interaction.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed set sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our financial products and services to potential customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Premier Credit Limited’s products and services to accurately and confidently address customer queries and provide relevant information.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure ethical and legal telesales practices.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured for future reference.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team leader and other team members to achieve overall team objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in telesales or call center roles is an advantage
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Target Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Languages: English, Acholi, Runyankore, Rukonzo, Rukiga, Gishu, Lugbara, Langi, Japadhola, Lusoga, Samia

 

Location: Should live around Mawanda road, Ntinda, Mulago, Makerere, Kireka, Bukoto, Mengo, Kisaasi, Komamboga, Mpererwe, Bugolobi, Luzira.
