Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized University.
• A postgraduate/ master’s degree in a Business-related field will be an added advantage.
At least 10-15 years of relevant banking experience, preferably with at least 5 years at a senior managerial position in Corporate banking.
• Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations and practices pertaining to Corporate Banking products.
• Personal integrity, self-motivation and self-management. Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills. Analytical business and investment appraisal Skills.
• Business Development Skills, Customer service skills, Relationship/People Management skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership skills, Marketing, Selling and Strong Credit analysis skills.
• High standards of confidentiality and ethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
