Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Site Projects Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of painting projects at various client sites.
Expected Targets/Deliverables:
• Oversee daily operations at assigned project sites, including supervising painters and other workers
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage inventory control and coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Perform basic accounting tasks, such as tracking project expenses and preparing invoices.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.
Qualifications:
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience in Accounting, Admin or Procurement would be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
