The Head Marketing & Distribution is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for long-term business growth aligned with the company’s vision. They oversee all aspects of marketing, corporate communications, and sales, ensuring effective distribution channels and strong business and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and execute business strategic plans aligned with company and group objectives, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout all touchpoints.
• Manage coordination and oversight of company marketing activities, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive business development, sales, and corporate communications strategies with a customer-centric approach.
• Analyze and disseminate market information to relevant departments to better understand and meet customer needs and preferences.
• Oversee marketing and promotional campaigns to not only achieve business goals but also to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Lead promotional and sales initiatives to execute marketing plans effectively while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Define distribution structures and measures for both retail and corporate business, aiming to optimize customer accessibility and convenience.
• Foster positive business relationships, particularly with brokers, to ensure excellent customer service and support.
• Formulate long-term strategic plans for direct sales force channels, focusing on delivering personalized experiences to customers.
• Identify opportunities for introducing new products and services based on customer feedback and market trends, ensuring relevance and value.
• Monitor and evaluate strategic implementations of marketing, PR, communications, sales, and business development with a continuous focus on improving the customer journey.
• Develop annual key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on brand, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
