Your mission at Sistema.bio:
The Relationship Manager is responsible to drive the success and growth of the Uganda Dairy Biogas Program within their designated region through establishing robust partnerships, supporting effective B2C strategies (including aiding partners in recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a team of up to 30 sales agents, with a minimum of 15 active agents generating at least one sale per month), identifying new business opportunities, and providing comprehensive support to partner sales teams.
You’ll be in charge of:
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with local implementation partners in the regions.
• Supporting partners to develop a B2C strategy that meets the required partner sales targets.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to consistently achieve set sales and revenue targets.
• Identifying and developing potential opportunities for Lead generation and referrals of partners.
• Conducting research and recommending new business partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Budgeting and Resource management.
More about YOU:
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a Business-related or social sciences course.
• You have 3-5 years’ sales experience in rural selling and hitting targets in related fields like solar, Agri-inputs and regenerative technologies- a record of success.
• You have experience in recruiting and coaching a team of 10+ direct reports towards Growth & Success.
• You have experience working with smallholder dairy farmers in Uganda.
• You have great customer relationship management skills.
• You have strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• You have strong knowledge in a variety of software applications (e.g Salesforce, Taroworks)
• You are able to design and implement effective partnerships.
• You are able to evaluate and research partnership’s options.
• You have Project management skills.
