Business Development Manager 3D Services Ltd

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, justifying the plans to the upper management and implementing the plan. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-performance sales team and team leadership.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
• Team leadership and management a high-performance sales & marketing team.
• Sales Forecasting, Sales Prospecting, Pipeline Management, Self-Closing & After Sales Service.
• Telephone Sales, Email Marketing & Referral Marketing & Social Media Marketing
• Face to Face Sales Presentations, Sales Negotiations & Order Delivery Management
• Sales Target Tracking, Daily Team Accountability, Documenting Sales Activities into ZOHO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / KPIs
• 5 Years Cumulative Sales Team Leadership Experience & Sales Force Management.
• Sales Stamina – Constantly engaging prospects in online & onsite discussions.
• Telephone Skills – Tele sales calls, following an organized lead generation & conversion plan.
• Sales/Marketing Campaigns – Growing a pipeline of new suspects & prospects per month.
• Offering Quotations – Coordinating back office and client during negotiation stages to close deals.
• 3D Product Knowledge – Tech Savvy attitude with ability to break down and explain ICT concepts.
• Tech Savvy Attitude – Ability to use ICT systems & apps to gain work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Personal Organization – Ability to manage a sales calendar for sale team members.
• Personal Presentation – A clean & tidy corporate person, who portrays a positive company image.
• Personal Attitude – An organized, mature and target oriented person with experience in sales work.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans that align with company objectives.
• Identify new sales and marketing opportunities and trends
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
• Develop business development opportunities with corporate institutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
• To analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.

ADVANTAGE COMPETENCES
Education Background Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.

• Age: 32 – 50 Years
• Tech Savvy
• Well-spoken in English.

Technology Skills Desired
• MS Office.
• Any CRM system
• ICT cloud tools & Apps.

Sales Experience

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to lead a sales and marketing team.
