RESPONSIBILITES
• Reconciling accounts and maintaining accuracy in financial records.
• Ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
• Assist in managing the month-end close process and reporting.
• Assist in monitoring and strategically managing cash flow to meet operational needs.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct detailed analysis of COGS
• Assist in costing and pricing products.
• Act as a mentor and guide for junior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA level 2 minimum).
• Proven experience in account reconciliation, tax compliance, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
