Enabel in Uganda is seeking to recruit a dynamic and competent individual to fill the position of Administration Assistant based in our offices in Kampala, Arua, FortPortal or Jinja with frequent travels to the Field.
The Administration Assistant will carry out various administrative tasks (filing, archiving, follow-up of documents…) in order to guarantee efficient support to the department/supervisor/co-workers/Project.

Joining Enabel as an Administrative Assistant, you will be directly reporting to the Financial Controller and you will perform the following key tasks;
• You manage incoming and outgoing mail for Enabel.
• You organise External and Internal Meetings
• You manage the front desk
• You ensure availability of Office Supplies
Your profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Administration, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven practical experience of at least 2 years in Administration or Project Administration in a reputable organization, institution or company.
• Proven knowledge and experience in daily Administration & Office Management;
• Very good communication skills: both professional and interpersonal skills;
• Very good computer skills, especially MS office programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
• Ability to exercise a high level of integrity in handling the organizations resources (both financial and physical resources);
• Ability to work and easily adapt in a multi-sectoral and Multicultural work environment;
