Job Summary: The Manager, Non-Financial Risk, GF – Technologies will support the Head of Non-Financial Risk Management in the effective and proactive management of Non-Financial Risk within Information Technology and Operations Dept; and act as a trusted risk management partner that equips business with the tools to proactively identify and manage Non-Financial risks. This includes e.g. Information, Third Party, Resilience, Technology, Cyber, Regulatory, Legal, People, Compliance, Transaction Processing and Financial Crime /fraud Risk etc. The role requires operation at both a tactical and strategic level in designing and implementing appropriate risk management support and advice to the functions and supporting functions across the value chain. The role will focus on specific businesses within specified portfolios with emphasis on all Non-Financial Risks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Practical knowledge and experience under Information Risk which would include an understanding of Information Risk Framework and Data Privacy Standard or Industry exposure to similar standards such as the Information Security Forum (ISF) Standard of Good Practice and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
- 5-7 years
- Practical knowledge of risk, control frameworks, assurance & applications in financial services industry. Fully conversant in risk appetite, risk response & process improvement concepts. Understand both non-financial risk and financial reporting risk characteristics.
