Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant F&B Manager to join our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day operation of food and beverage section.
- Together with the F&B manager. design and implement sales promotional activities to achieve the revenue target.
- Support the F&B manager to ensure that Brand Standards are upheld and adhered to in the F&B service at all time.
- Develop a relationship with regular customers and ensure to generate a feedback mechanism.
- Build a culture of excellent customer service within the team and beyond.
- Negotiate with clients regarding use of facilities for parties, banquets and other events.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of proven experience as an F&B leader in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Possess a strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service and maximizing revenue.
- Marriott experience is mandatory
