Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Officer will maximize cross-selling opportunities for the benefit of the satellite and the bank in an in an effective. and efficient manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keenly monitor and review individual loan portfolio on a daily basis to evaluate the quality and performance.
- Ensuring growth of the loan book and portfolio. quality within the service territory.
- Drive customer recruitment, timely loan processing, accurate underwriting, timely reporting and loan recovery to ensure the overall quality growth of BUBL’s portfolio.
- Spearhead the BUBL’s expansion at service territory level resulting into quantifiable business growth in line with the BUBL objectives.
- Drive deposit mobilization strategy and plans to impact; the deposit base, Grow customer numbers, Relationship management, Customer Experience, delivery channels
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. Minimum is a Diploma
- Networking skills.
- Negotiation and relationship management skills Effective communication skills
- Ability to lead people in multidisciplinary /multicultural team setting
- Time management and adherence to timeliness.
- Analytical skills.
- Report writing skills
