Job Summary:   We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our E-commerce Operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of the shipping industry, eCommerce, sales, marketing, and be computer-savvy. This role involves responding to client inquiries through various channels, providing real-time updates, coordinating shipping processes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media engagements, and live chat messages in real time or within 15 minutes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both online, over the phone, and in person.
  • Ensure real-time status updates of all client requests across all service areas.
  • Coordinate with other departments to purchase, update, process, ship, clear, and deliver packages.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing team to convert prospects into satisfied users.
  • Coordinate and create all necessary shipping / logistics documents while adhering to industry guidelines as and when necessitated.
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics industry operations, including pick-ups, drop-offs, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, etc.
  • Comfortably use computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to examine online stores and successfully complete purchase requests.
  • Assist users in navigating our platform (website and apps) remotely over the phone or in person.
  • Quickly learn new programs and processes to support users effectively.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must h0ld a Bachelor’s degree.
  • One year of experience in a customer interacting role.
  • Call center experience is essential but not a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of the shipping industry, eCommerce.
  • Computer-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in various settings.
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
