2. Social Worker
Roles and responsibilities Social Worker
• Conducting baseline surveys at community level, Training staff on making of improved clean cook stoves
• Tracking household’s data of family beneficiaries in areas of operation
Working with a dynamic team in implementation of the organizational Goals
• Participate in development of sustainability
• strategies for the project
• Monitoring and evaluation of project activities and impactful progress
• Generation of monthly reports
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Country Director.
• All positions will be reporting to the Country Director
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelors Degree of Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies, Arts with Social Sciences, Community Psychology
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Community driven and managed projects. Knowledge in Project Planning and Management will be an added advantage
Skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power point.
