Job Title: Legal Officer
Reports to: Legal Manager – Credit Securities
Grade/Rank: 2
Role Profile:
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, contracts, credit facilities and securities and represent the bank in legal matters including in courts of law in line with the law, bank policies, regulations and best practice. Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to mitigate risk and safeguard bank interest.
