Sales Executive Human Capital Business Solution

The Sales Executive implements the sales strategies within territories and oversees all territory sales activities to ensure market development and sales target achievement.

This role will report to the Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a fantastic sales experience, efficient sales administration and customer relations, and thorough customer education for the Uganda e-moto market.
• Develop Spiro marketing and brand awareness from the ground up, identifying clients, executing campaigns, and measuring results.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Visit prospective clients at commercial, industrial or other establishments to show catalogues, and to inform them about product principles and advantages/gains and/or long-term benefits.
• Arrange for demonstration and trial installations of equipment products and services.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback

Minimum requirements
• Diploma in Business Management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field of study from a recognized university.
• Minimum of (1) year relevant work experience as a sales representative or similar role in the motorbike or similar industry.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to travel as needed.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills.
