Job Summary: The main purpose of an M-KOPA Outlet Allocation Agent is to handle reallocations that are sent in by the sales team in the field.
You will report to the Service Center Support Team Lead.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stock allocation/reallocations on the system: System allocation of stock from one DSR to another following the requests shared on email.
- Process adherence: Ensure that all reallocations are done following the policies in place i.e., the min-max policy, ID verifications, etc.
- Team support: Work in a fast-paced environment where service level agreement is a top priority.
- Reporting to M-KOPA head office to work following the shift allocated.
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a college diploma in any field or tertiary training in customer service
- One year of experience in customer care or sales, preferably in a phone-selling company
- Front office management is an added advantage
- Multitasking abilities
- Computer literate
