Job Summary: The Conference Supervisor / Conference Executive will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and supervision of conferences and events. You will work closely with our conference management team to ensure seamless and successful gatherings.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Previous experience in conference or event management is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event dynamics.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during conferences
