Position: Up-Country Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities
1. Lead sales operations within the Upcountry agency office allocated. Create and implement business strategies to attain the business sales targets.
2. Manage the recruitment, growth and retention of the agency force. Build and groom strong unit managers that will drive the results.
3. Co-opt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation of Company’s marketing strategy
4. Plan performance review meeting with the agents to guide and support their productivity.
5. Conduct regional market research and keep informed of the market and industrial news.
6. Create and maintain cordial relationship with clients, and agents.
7. Coordinate with Underwriting and Claims departments to ensure prompt delivery of documents and settlement of claims relating to clients in the Upcountry offices.
8. Ensure timely delivery of statements of accounts to clients and follow up collection of premium due.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Micro finance or any business related fields
Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales for a fast consumer goods, banking or insurance field.
