Job Title: Administrator – Dealer Support (Contract) Fresher Jobs

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To prepare dealer profitability index report to help drive dealer earnings and profitability.
- To manage the dealer support desk and help line.
- To manage fixed line and data requests for the sales teams & MTN staff
- To regularly update the dealer information database
- To ensure that dealer queries are attended to, solved, or forwarded to the relevant parties in case of escalations.
- Maintain a clear record of all dealer actions and issues.
- Preparation Daily, weekly & Monthly performance reports for Dealer performance tracking & analysis
- Preparation of Sales Reports through the Dealer Channel for Planning & Forecasting Purposes
- Manage stock forecasts on behalf of Sales and Distribution in coordination with procurement supply chain management.
- Prepare and Submit Dealer Commission Payment Schedules for approval and payment according to set SLAs (Dealer Retainers and Bonuses)
- Coordinating with regional commercial heads and dealer directors to provide timely feedback on issues raised.
- Effective Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the MTN Uganda job must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in statistics or Business related.
- A minimum of one year of experience preferably in Customer service
- Ability to use Ms Office programs like Ms Excel, Ms Word, Power Point
- Customer interface, in person and or via the phone
- High Level of Computer literacy
