Job Summary: The HSEQ Methods & Support Officer is tasked with championing the communication, planning, tracking, reporting, and motivating staff for the development and attainment of HSEQ objectives for all business channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Champions the H3SEQ department activity planning in Q4 of each year.
Reports on department/company HSE Performance by managing and tracking fulfilment of key KPIs such as reporting index as well as develop improvement proposals.
Maintains and tracks Affiliate HSE Action Plans.
Drives awareness and cultural transformation initiatives for HSE.
Plans, organizes and hosts key HSE conventions/meetings.
Manages the H3SEQ administrative function, purchase requests and follow up on delivery, stocking, and disbursement of HSE materials.
Inducts all new staff on Company HSEQ requirements.
Conducts spot visits on sites and projects and prepares reports on the same.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field.
Minimum of one (1) years of post-qualifying experience preferably in the petroleum or logistics industry.
Strong conceptual and innovative skills.
Experience in analysis, logistics, safety, or engineering is desirable.
