About the role:
Bulijjo Credit Limited is seeking proactive, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Agent. This is an opportunity to join an exciting, fast-paced start-up in a rapidly growing sector of financial services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services sector, excellent sales and communications skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. The role is offered on a commission basis at the Bulijjo Credit Limited office in Kampala CBD.
Responsibilities
Pro-actively market loan products to individuals and businesses within the target market
Log prospect details in the client database
Meet monthly sales targets
Support loans officer with record-keeping
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a Diploma level qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
At least one year’s experience in a sales role within the private sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proven track record in delivering against sales targets and growing an expanding portfolio
Basic understanding of credit management and due diligence
Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines and organize workload
Remuneration:
Commission on every loan sold + bonus for meeting targets
