Job Summary: The Stores Clerk will coordinate storage and issuance practices as per organizational need and set schedules
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Be knowledgeable about the running of the PHARMACY facilities.
To monitor and account for items bought and stored in the store
To carry out stock taking so as to ascertain that the organisation has a balance sundries as to run the organisation
Manage the distribution and storage of drugs and consumables
Carry out customer care feed back surveys with clients to get information on the commodities used
Make sure that the clinics and hospital have the necessary supplies daily as per their weekly and or monthly requisitions respectively
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in stores management, Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent
Excellent Customer care skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good and demonstrable understanding of the C PHARMA philosophy, vision and mission
Ability to work productively within a team
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to be a team player.
Excellent organisation/record keeping skills
Ability to multitask
Have a high degree of flexibility
Self-driven, reliant and motivated with hands on approach in seeing things through to completion
