Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer will be ensuring implementation of HR policies, procedures, regulations and practices and monitor their implications in the Company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Participating in development and Implementation of Human Resource guidelines, regulations and policies Conducting training needs assessment for staff
- Compiling data on manpower gaps and implementing strategies to address the gaps
- Implementing welfare programmes Compiling payroll management data
- Implementing and updating Human Resource Management information
- Implementing staff performance management plans and activities
- Supervising and appraising junior staff in Human Resource Management/division/section/unit
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold an honors Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences or Arts or Commerce or Business Administration with a bias in Human Resource Management Organizational Development studies from a recognized University.
- Two years of working experience from a reputable financial institution.
