Main Job Functions:
• To assume responsibility for first line management of the verification Administrators
• Take a hands-on approach to implementing the Verification strategy.
• Monitor verification activity to maintain compliance with the verification score card
• Manage staff schedules and requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on individual and team performance.
• To produce management reports highlighting performance and adherence to KPI’s.
• Collaborate with key stake holders to improve overall verification quality by emphasizing defect prevention throughout the verification process.
• Provide leadership and expertise throughout the entire Admin. lifecycle, ensuring the success of the team’s efforts
• Provide regular direction, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
Education:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a Business Discipline
Experience:
• Experience in a service/Business driven organization
• Customer interface, in person and or via the phone
• 1 years’ experience in a Leadership position and Records management
• Telecommunication/service industry trends
