Restaurant Manager Swift Hands Africa

Duties
i. Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
ii. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
iii. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
iv. Ensure excellent customer service for every customer
v. Managing and leading the team of Servers, Bartenders, Hygiene staff, cashier, receptionist (40 staff) for day to day service related activities
vi. Administration and training of Service staff
vii. Quality control at all stages of Service, from table setup to customer order execution
viii. Day to day planning and management
ix. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
x. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expense
xi. Sale accounting on daily basis
xii. Customer Relationship Management
xiii. Promote Wine Sales by holding Wine tasting event and other marketing activities
xiv. Plan and organize Theme events (for example, Mothers’ day, Christmas, etc)
xv. Banquet order management and execution
xvi. Responsible and accountable for Service performance
xvii. Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports to the Management

Requirements

i. Degree in Hotel Management
ii. 10 years of relevant experience in a top restaurant, proven track record.
iii. Should have worked as F&B executive with 5 star hotel for min. 3 years
iv. Should have worked as F&B Manager with large restaurant (min. 200 seater restaurant)
v. Should have managed team of 50 pax min. in last 3 years of his/her career
vi. Wine and beverages knowledge must.
