Administrator/HR Movin Africa

We are MOVIN AFRICA, Africa’s first venture collective, dedicated to fueling growth and innovation while creating opportunities for young, vibrant minds through funding, mentorship, and communities. Our fund provides robust financial support to entrepreneurs, helping them scale their operations and significantly impact their growth journey.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications & Google docs.
• Basic understanding of HR principles, processes, & employment laws.
• Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information with integrity & discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive & self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative & contribute to team goals.
