Sisters Bridal is a multi-generation Global brand in Uganda and Kenya providing high-end luxurious wedding dresses for our brides. We are celebrating 21 years and have dressed more than 21,000 brides and counting. Our gorgeous brides walk down the aisle in hand made couture wedding gowns designed by award winning bridal designers from the US and Europe with intricate attention to detail, luxurious fabrics, and the best embellishments in the world.
At Sisters Bridal, passion runs deep in everything that we do, from finding the perfect wedding dresses for our brides to providing exceptional customer service with a team of bridal consultants that are not just experts in finding the dream gowns for our brides but are also excellent at delivering an unforgettable customer experience. It’s in this spirit that we wish to grow our team and are looking for bridal consultants with a passion for everything bridal. The position requires an individual with good communication and people skills as well as knowledge about the ins and outs of the bridal industry. The individuals must be fluent in English, with high attention to detail, and must be a patient listener ready to give our brides all the attention that they need when choosing their dream wedding gowns.

Responsibilities
• The individuals will be responsible for marketing and communicating with our brides on all social media platforms, email and web site. We are looking for individuals with good communication and people skills who are knowledge about different styles, fabrics, and trends in the wedding industry.

Below are the specific responsibilities for this role.
• Social media content planning, creation and management.
• Engaging and communicating with our brides on all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and WhatsApp.
• Engaging and communicating with our brides on the company web site and emails.

Requirements
• Ability to write, speak and communicate in English. Excellent communication in Swahili is a plus.
• Confident, respectful, and welcoming individuals who can get along with most personality types and has a passion for teamwork.
• Knowledgeable about the different wedding gown styles with the ability to make educated recommendations to our brides on our various digital marketing platforms.
• Available to start work immediately.
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
• Must be able to commute daily to work.

Qualifications
• Must have at least 2 years working experience working in digital customer service role.
• Social media usage and presence, and knowledge of digital marketing is a must.
• Any level of education can apply as long at the individual has the right skills to meet the company’s expectations, as summarized above.
• Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office tools is a plus.

Compensation
• Selected individuals will earn between Ugx. 500,000 and Ugx. 1,000,000 depending on their skills and ability, with opportunities for pay increase quarterly.
