Marasa Africa is a subsidiary of the Madhvani Group, Uganda operates 7 upscale lodges and one city hotel in East Africa. Some of our hotels include; Aberdare Country Club, Mara Leisure Camp, The Ark, Chobe Safari Lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge, Paraa Safari Lodge and Silverback Lodge. All our lodges are located within National Parks, each with over 50 to 60 guest rooms, swimming pool, health club, conference facilities, business centre, etc.
Job Summary: The Front Office Manager will be the face of our lodge, providing exceptional customer service and managing all front desk operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor in Hotel Management or equivalent, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role/field.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
