Job Summary: We are Currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and technically experienced person, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (28) years leading steel manufacturer as Customer Care Executive.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep customers informed of the status of their orders and availability of material thereby liaising with production.
- Handle and follow up on all customer complaints/inquiries/feedback received through all points of contact and follow through until resolution.
- Handle & manage inbound and outbound calls to/from customers regarding customer requests and complaints across all channels.
- Reduce situations involving unhappy customers and escalate all major issues in real time for resolution.
- Collect, analyze, and leverage customer data to generate sustainable growth.
- Prepare and disseminate reports for decision making based on the analysis done.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
- Three years of Customer Service/call center experience in a busy workplace.
- Listening, sense of contact and customer satisfaction
- Good computers skills.
- Good Knowledge of CRM software
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
