Job Summary: The Social Enterprise Officer (SEO) will have a proven ability to lead, manage large and simultaneous projects to implement ACCESS’s strategic goals of social entrepreneurship while maintaining scope, budget and schedule. The SEO will support the senior leadership team to build the capacity of ACCESS mission to a commercially viable social enterprise model. The SEO will lead key social enterprise projects and other planned social enterprise partnerships including project management of government grants.
The SEO will have a focus on business outcomes enabling the organization to realize its career aspirations. Oversight of community projects.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration specialized in finance or any other Entrepreneurship related course.
- At least two years of experience as a Social Enterprise Officer handling the development and management of entrepreneur systems and procedures in a reputable organization.
- Proven background in developing and implementing the Entrepreneur Development Strategy.
- Experience in implementing modern performance management systems.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office packages.
- Knowledge of computerized Entrepreneurship Management packages and Finance.
- Must possess good counselling and guidance skills.
- Paying attention to detail, high level analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- She/he must have the ability to lead a motivated team of professional and energized human resource base with a focus on a result-oriented based performance.
- Must be firm but polite in style; earns respect from 95% of the surrounding team members.
- Must be dependable, honest, and impeccable integrity. Should be passionate and have high energy drive with a balanced ego and the drive to achieve results.
- Ability to meet timelines.
- Good analytical, planning, interpersonal, communication skills are essential.
- Should pose a Uganda Driving Permit.
