Responsibilities & Requirements
• Develop and implement the business growth plans across the functional units
• Support talent development across the business using the appropriate coaching and mentoring tools
• Support the production team in utilizing the available capacity to meet the growing demands d. Develop and implement an efficient use of financial systems to minimize wastes and grow revenue base
Qualification
• Degree in Business/Fine Art & Designs/Hospitality/Production Disciplines
• Atleast three years’ experience in Sales Operations management from Hotel/ Property/ Manufacturing Industry an added Advantage
