Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Required to coordinate all conferences and Banqueting sales booking.
  • Liaise with all clients and ascertain their requirements to ensure the functions are successful
  • Required to process letters of confirmation and daily function sheets
  • Coordinate all stock and catering requirements and liaise with the different departments
  • Effective communication, computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel), time management, and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Hotel Management or Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in Opera Sales and Catering an added advantage.
  • One to two years of work experience as a Sales Coordinator or Banquet coordinator major hotel required. Possess excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills necessary.
