Job Purpose
The HRAO is responsible for implementing human resources policies, overseeing employee welfare as well as ensuring that Eco Concrete Limited code of conduct is adhered to by all staff. In this role, the HRAO also oversees administration functions.
Key Result Areas
• Result 1: Suitable candidates fill approved vacant positions in a timely manner
• Result 2: Employee leave is accurately maintained and absenteeism is eliminated
• Result 3: Employee claims and remuneration is accurately computed and communicated
• Result 4: Performance appraisals are conducted and communicated in a timely manner
• Result 5: Appropriate staff development activities are identified, conducted and evaluated
• Result 6: Employee grievances and disciplinary issues are resolved as quickly as possible
• Result 7: Employee movements and exits are processed and communicated in an accurate and timely manner
• Result 8: Work place EHS procedures are complied with at all times and incidents are reported in a timely manner
• Result 9: Employee records are accurately, orderly and confidentially maintained.
• Result 10: Staff enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
• Result 11: Office building and environs are conducive for staff to work
• Result 12: Company assets and physical resources are tracked and maintained in good condition
• Result 13: Company records are stored in an orderly manner
• Result 14: HR and admin reports are informative, proactive and timely.
Minimum Qualifications
• University degree in human resource management or degree in related field (essential).
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position i.e. executing human resource management and administration functions for an organization with predominantly field-based staff (essential).
