Job Title: Sales and Marketing Personnel
Reports to: Sales Manager and Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: The Sales and Marketing Personnel will promote the company’s products to potential customers and buildlong-term relationships with existing customers. They will work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that increase the company’s market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Prospect for new customers and build relationships with existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
• Provide after-sales support to customers
Marketing:
• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Coordinate marketing events such as trade shows and product launches
• Maintain and update the company’s customer database and CRM system
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food processingindustry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
