Avanti was awarded a contract by a major oil and gas service company to source and employ in excess of 100 Ugandan engineers, technicians, operators and laborers to support their oil drilling operations within Uganda.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Must have experience working with recruiting firms
- At least two to three years of working experience
