Job Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist – Talent Pool will Lead and coordinate Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) to measure progress and impact.
This role is contingent on funding approval. This is a short-term assignment with full employee benefits.
