Lead Operations Total Energies

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide support in the planning and management of all operational inputs into the project’s development in order to ensure that all facilities, systems, support services and personnel are put in place to guarantee a safe and efficient start-up of production.
2. Engineering follow-up for field operations activities.
Support risk studies, the reliability studies (RAM), the safety logic diagrams.
Provide support in defining and producing the field operations dossiers.
5. Participate to the Hazid, Hazop, CTR.
6. Support supervision of performance of the maintenance and inspection engineering.
7. Participate in defining and implementing the training requirements for the exploitation personnel.
8. Co-ordinate the project PTR’s and project exploitation audits
9. Co-ordinate the promotion of verification actions and field operations improvements.
10. Participate to the recruitment and training plan of field operations personnel.
Participate and support the succession plan of field operations personnel: Manage and develop the Operations team to deliver best performance both from an individual and business perspective.
12. Participate to the definition of the commissioning strategy (organization) and the contractual documentation.
13. Participate to the preparation of the commissioning procedures and the implementation of the commission teams.
14. To ensure efficient coordination between Project, Drilling and Field Operations entities for the works and commissioning campaigns. (incl. SIMOPS and early start-up activities).
15. Participate in preparing the formal Hand Over of TILENGA facilities from Project and Drilling to Field Operations.
16. Define and organize any additional resources / assistance required to meet a safe, technically sound and timely field start-up.
17. Substitute for the Field Operations Manager in his/her absence

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering (i.e. Petroleum, industrial, mechanical) or degree in industrial chemistry
2. Minimum 15 years broad practical experience in the field of maintenance and production operations onshore or offshore sites, in a supervisory role
Recognized leadership in an oil and gas offshore operating environment.
4. Demonstrated capacities in HSE, personnel management and technical / operational matters. English mandatory
