Job Summary: Reporting to the Academic Coordinator, the incumbent will oversee the smooth, efficient, and effective management of examinations, assist in scheduling of all university examinations and evaluations, be the custodian of examination papers, coordinate examination logistics, analyze and maintain staff and faculty evaluation records and assist with the coordination of the Part Time Faculty (PTF) payments. S/he will also administer and analyze the Student Evaluation of Teaching [SET] and analyze and maintain students class attendance records
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/Midwifery OR BME/ PGDME
- Two to three years of experience in managing examinations in a nursing/midwifery training school
- A good understanding of the work of examinations office in a higher institution of learning.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
