Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Clerk Seaowl Group

The CMMS Clerk will perform a variety administrative duties, which may include creating BOLs, shipping tools via QTRAC, preparing shipping packets and monthly QTRAC audits. Has advanced computer and process skills with a detailed understanding of the operation of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure that assigned asset and maintenance transactions are completed in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
• When capable, act as a resource for some training or technical issues or troubleshooting related to Maintenance Business Systems, in particular the CMMS.
• Report any system issues, bugs or deficiencies to Business Systems Manager and when necessary InTouch.
• Monitor compliance of accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions.

Qualifications and Required Experience
• 3 to 5 years’ experience.
• Previous Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
• Associate degree in office administration will be advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Office 365 and SAP preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with people.
• Able to deal effectively with a wide range of situations and personalities.
• Follow policies and procedures, understand and support organization’s goals and values.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
