Kulika Uganda whose Mission is to provide relevant skills and technologies to empower rural communities, has secured funding from the German government (BMZ) and Malteser International (MI) to implement a Livelihood Project entitled “Improving livelihoods through employment opportunities for vulnerable youth from refugee and host communities in West Nile, Uganda”.
The interventions will be implemented in Rhinocamp and Imvepi refugee settlements in Terego and Madi – Okollo districts.
The overall objective is poverty reduction and sustainable improvement of living conditions of young refugees and host communities in West Nile through skills development for self-employment.

To manage the M&E design, coordination & implementation of the M&E system and learning framework of the project.
