Job Summary: The Evidence & Learning intern is a position that typically involves assisting with the collection, analysis, and dissemination of evidence and learning.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the design and implementation of evidence and learning frameworks and systems
- Helping to collect and analyze data using various quantitative and qualitative methods
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations on evidence and learning findings
- Helping to maintain and updated evidence and learning databases
- Assisting with the design and implementation of data quality assurance procedures
- Participating in evidence and learning trainings and workshops
- Assisting with the development and implementation of data management systems
- Helping to identify and document best practices and lessons learned
- Communicating and disseminating evidence and learning to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field such as international development, evaluation, research, education or other related fields.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
