Job Summary:  The Business Development Officer will be marketing the company’s brand to the consumer and medical audiences. Responsible for the day to day running of the Marketing Department and its functions.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Marketing plan/campaigns within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
  • Analyse market trends to estimate service demands and target the right consumer Marketing campaigns can be delivered through (but not limited) branding, website, print communication, advertising and effective internal communication.
  • Evaluate success of marketing campaigns by reviewing the sales reports and make modifications as required.
  • Maintain high level of knowledge of Hospital’s clinical
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish aggressive advertising plans that develop more loyal patient relationships and ensure clear marketing message to medical and general
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare
  • Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing
  • Manage relationship with key personnel in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with a view to confirming on-going sponsorship of hospital events.
  • Direct and manage Social Media marketing to provide support and guidance.
  • Planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating le Memorial Medical Services marketing
  • Plan promotional campaigns and negotiate advertising contracts with various media outlets to build brand awareness
  • Ensure marketing initiatives meet targeted goals
  • Identify appropriate consumer markets and devise effective plans to reach
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing
  • Issue on-going reports on all activities to Chief Executive
  • Develop an annual marketing plan which should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company
  • Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
  • Foster relationships with physicians to improve their organization’s referrals and contracts
  • Develop pricing tactics that maximize profitably while ensuring patients are still reimbursed and
  • Strong marketing background in healthcare or related industry, ideally minimum five years.
  • Plus, any other responsibility as may be assigned by your line manager

  • Skilled communicator, decision maker with the interpersonal skills to discuss the promotional process with other
  • Exceptional leadership skills to lead a team
  • Display awareness and appreciation of the service users and the ability to empathise with and treat others with dignity and
  • Must possess the organizational skills to meet campaign deadlines and maximize budget It’s also important for marketing executives to be tech-savvy with good computer skills for today’s digital marketing trends.
