1. Responsible for Commercial, Reseller, Lubricants, LPG and Payment Card Sales management.
2. To create and nurture high performance sales team to generate and hit the revenue forecasts and meet customer expectations.
3. To maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences so as not only to meet customer expectations but exceed them and sustain and build new customer relationships.
4. To manage risk by proper vetting of credit prospects. Ensure no overdue accounts as per approved credit terms.
Duties and responsibilities
1. QEHS: Adherence and get the team under B2B Department to adhere to the QEHS Company policy & guidelines in the Department;
2. Strategy: Formulate, implement and coordinate the overall strategy for B2B Department.
3. Budget: Manage Sales, Capex and Overhead budget for B2B Department.
4. Leadership: Offer vision, motivation, energy and inspiration for B2B Department.
5. Planning: Set goals, formulate action plans and optimize resources for B2B Department.
6. Organizing: Foster role relationships within B2B and amongst collaborating departments.
7. Staffing: Optimize the structure and coordinate all recruitments within B2B Department.
8. Controlling: Set standards, monitor and evaluate the B2B business performance.
9. Marketing Management: Formulate directly or through agency all marketing topics for B2B.
10. Profit & Loss Management: Responsible to optimize the B2B P& L.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree/MBA with basic degree in either Engineering/ Business/Finance.
2. Specialized knowledge: Technical Knowledge in Fuels, Lubricants, LPG .
3. Skills: Strategy, Leadership, Budgeting, Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Controlling.
4. Abilities: Multitasking, Networking, Collaboration.
5. Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Integrity, Handwork, Stretch.
6. Professional Certification: As per profession.
7. Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior management in Oil & Gas.
