Resource Mobilization Manager-Kampala
Position Overview:
The Resource Mobilization Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among partners and donors, developing and implementing strategies that successfully position Pathfinder International within Uganda, resulting in increased revenue for the organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who is comfortable with proactive communications and outreach to potential donors. The ability to influence and advise through strong oral and written communication will be essential to success. This position will support the business development and fundraising lifecycle for generating funding to support the delivery of Pathfinder’s mission in the country. The Resource Mobilization Manager will work with partners, foundations, corporations, and governments to build and expand the country program portfolio revenue to deliver on Pathfinder’s mission and sustain strong country operations.
