Description
• Assist the Academic Registrar in the organization and management of the College’s Examinations, Results production, academic certification and award with a high level of integrity.
Major duties & responsibilities
1. Registration of Students for Examinations
• Verify students’ documents for appropriateness for examination registration.
• Conduct registration of students for examinations according to ITC policies and guidelines.
• Issue examination permits to students that meet the registration requirements of the ITC.
• Promote use of the College’s Exam IT labs at the various gazette centres.
2. Preparation of -Examinations
• Prepare examination timetables and sitting plans for various examination papers.
• Conduct trainings for new invigilators and update existing invigilators information on rules and regulation changes.
• Coordinate the preparation of examination questions for all the various programs of the College.
• Receive, check and securely store both physical and electronic examination materials to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
• Oversee the supervision and moderation of examinations.
3. Examination Results Management
• Coordinate the assessment of examination papers and processing of marks by capturing students’ marks into the College’s database system.
• Provide information and ensure that staff are aware of and comply with all deadlines for the setting and marking of examinations.
• Analyse results of all students in order to maintain industry standards.
• Provide examination marks obtained by all students.
• Coordinate marking of referred/deferred examinations and process results.
4. Awards/Certification
• Prepare students’ certificates and results slips upon completion of the program.
• Oversee the preparation of the graduation ceremonies.

• Timely registration of students for examinations.
• Accurate and well analysed results for all students.
• Timely awarding and certification of students.
• Timely issuances of examination timetables.
• Timely and high-quality assessments.
• Zero leakage of examinations.
• Accurate student examination results prepared.
• Growth of income from usage of the Exam Lab.
Requirement
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Management or related field from a recognized University.
• Post graduate Diploma in education/Management/related field is a requirement.
• An insurance qualification (added adv)
Minimum Experience:
• Five years’ relevant work experience two of which should have been at senior level in an Education institution.
