Job Summary:  The Database Officer will ensure efficient and effective data management system.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance and control access permissions and privileges.
• Implement data security, storage, archiving and backup recovery.
• Participate in writing, developing or modifying databases.
• Administer, test and implement new or modified systems/databases.
• Monitor performance and control access permissions and privileges.
• Document and monitor operational, security and maintenance procedures.
• Support the data collection process.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar position, preferably a banking industry.
