Projects Support Officer KCB Bank Uganda

Job Purpose:
• The role holder will support the project office to ensure that projects are delivered in time, get involved in the pre-project activities such as reviewing project documentation and review business processes to ensure lean and efficient customer journeys.
• The role holder will also ensure that the Project management office maintains proper documentation of all as per the guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: Must Not Be More Than 10
• Provide administrative services and support to Project Manager in form of filing and distribution of documents, etc.
• Help in project planning, reporting and risk management.
• Prepare minutes for the Project Steering, Process Performance Committees, Benefits realization meetings
• Prepare meetings and minutes for all the project and sub committees and follow up on actions to ensure all parties deliver on the agreed deliverables (Vendors and Internal stakeholders).
• Maintain centralized folder of all documentation on the project related documents for Audit and BOU preparation.
• Document process flows for the project office and support in documentation of process flows for the different departments.
• Undertake research and competitor benchmark and projects development and review.
• Follow up on sign off of approved projects papers and other documentation.
• Communicating with people all across the organization.
• Support in coordination of project activities.
• Coach the different departmental process champions in process mapping.

Daily Responsibilities: Not More Than 5 Of The Most Typical.
• Schedule the various project and process -related meetings
• Capture all project and process related actions agreed in the meetings
• Follow up on agreed actions from the various meetings.
• Carry out competitor benchmarks for different Projects in the different stages.
• Compile and store projects related documentation
