Doing this will directly contribute to revenue growth for the company by product purchases, referrals & brand goodwill.

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for receiving phone calls and calling customers, interacting with delivery agents to ensure delivery is done on time, respond to comments, inquiries, and messages on our office line.
Confirming & Following-up with Every Order
You’ll have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust – with your voice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer calls on our Company line.
- Responding to customer enquiries on our whatsApp and recovering failed orders through follow ups.
- Taking stock of products left with agents all over Africa.
- Monitoring social media and responding to messages on ads.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each of our online accounts.
- Copy & paste inquiries & leads from social media into our Automated CRM System.
