Job Title: Process Technologist – Trade (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary: The primary role of a Process Technologist Trade is to proactively support business strategy by providing Supply Chain and Trade expertise which enhances the competitive position of Coca-Cola brands and corporate image with customers and consumers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply understanding of business strategy, processes, and products.
- Align trade quality goals and objectives with business strategy
- Communicate and implement customer requirements to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Train and support the implementation of trade quality systems
- Manage IMCR related to quality
- Monitor, measure, and control trade quality processes
- Manage consumer complaints
- Monitor trade returns
- Manage Product Freshness Program (PFP) in trade
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage the quality system.
- Engage with sales and marketing to build capability and ownership
- Engage with external customers and stakeholders to achieve win-win outcomes
- Lead implementation of quality systems in official Coca-Cola Distribution Centers (OCCD’s)
- Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Facilitate problem-solving.
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards
- Manage human resources in the process area
- Ensure a healthy industrial relations climate
- Manage own performance in a way that shapes a high performance, high engagement culture
- Demonstrate behavior that builds, maintains, or enhances company’s reputation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a BSc degree in Food Technology, Chemistry/Biochemistry or Microbiology, or related field
- Added advantage: SAMTRAC NOSA Safety qualification
- Knowledge on QMS, EMS, OHSAS 18001/45001 and/or NOSA System, FSSC 22000
- Minimum of three years relevant experience in a FMCGs and adequate experience in Quality Controller/Supervisory roles.
