Business Support and Planning Co-ordinator Guinness

Our purpose – Celebrating life, every day, everywhere – has an important role in our company, for our people, our diversity, our brands, in how we perform and how we create shared value.Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to provide planning, scheduling, administrative and analytical support to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team, which is responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of occupational health & wellbeing services to employees.Main AccountabilitiesPlanning support for the Health Surveillance ProgrammeLiaising with Diageo’s third party occupational health provider and site planners to plan and arrange a schedule of health surveillance appointments, and support the delivery of the heath surveillance programme.Wellbeing support

  • Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) support: liaising with Diageo’s third party mental health first aid provider to arrange training schedule; liaising with internal stakeholders in support of the delivery of the MHFA programme; develop MHFA communications and engagement assets as appropriate; develop and update MHFA Directory on OH Mosaic site; manage and arrange MHFA inductions and ongoing development sessions; monitor and action outcomes from MHFA contact form and collate data as required; monitor and update MHFA yammer page
  • General Wellbeing support: support the development and delivery of the Occupational Health Wellbeing programme through assisting with the planning and organising of wellbeing events/ sessions as appropriate; assist with the scoping, planning and delivery of wellbeing activity and award applications; develop communications, surveys, engagement assets and materials; develop and update wellbeing Mosaic pages; monitor and update wellbeing yammer page.
  • Mental Health Pathway Programme support: support the planning and organising of MHP Programme and liaise with third party training provider on training schedule; liaise with internal stakeholders as appropriate; support the pre and post attendance process and associated data collation.

Business support

  • Data and analytical support: update and integrate Occupational Health management information and wellbeing data with internal workforce data as required to support business need and risk/ trend identification.
  • Communication and engagement support: organise and schedule Occupational Health business engagement activity; develop and update Occupational Health Mosaic pages and yammer page.
  • Administrative activities: monitor and respond to Occupational Health mailbox activity, manage and respond to general enquiries, co-ordinate file management systems, general purchase order/ invoicing support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications and skilled in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and manage work to completion.
  • Data analytics skills, including strong attention to detail and accurate processing skills.
  • Flexible style, able to work at pace and accurately under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and professional approach.
  • Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Results orientated and capable of working in a deadline driven environment.
  • Full driving licence as driving between sites may be necessary.
